Bites helps you compare real food prices near you, using prices reported by other people. If something isn't working, or you've seen something you shouldn't have, here's how to get help.

Every post and profile in the app has a Report option. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and anything breaking the rules is removed. You can also block anyone from their profile — you won't see them, and they won't see you. Blocks are managed under Settings → Blocked Accounts.
Prices come from other users, so they go out of date. Open the item and submit the correct price — the app uses the most recent reports, so a fresh submission fixes it for everyone. You can also use "Still Accurate?" to confirm a price you've just seen.
In the app: Profile → the gear icon → Delete My Account. It's immediate and permanent. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is deleted.
Close the app completely and reopen it twice, which lets it pick up the latest update. If it still misbehaves, email the address above with your phone model and what you were doing — a screenshot helps a lot.
